It’s renowned for its vintage pre-war tone and powerful sound, designed to match the volume and response of classic guitars from the 1930s. Featuring an Adirondack spruce top and mahogany back and sides, this model is a favorite for flatpicking and offers a sweet, punchy midrange and deep bass response.
Thompson guitars are known for their lightweight, strong construction using pre-war techniques, resulting in an airy and responsive instrument. This one is no exception. Sounds absolutely amazing!
This gently used guitar is in absolutely fantastic condition throughout and recently set up to perfection. It travels in it’s TKL hardcase and is stage ready with a K&K pickup installed.
